2. Eligibility for a Refund
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If Redhill Entertainment LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the timeframe specified in the Service Agreement, and no alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon
- Service Not Initiated: If work on the service has not yet commenced and the client submits a valid cancellation request prior to service initiation
- Material Deficiency: If the delivered service is materially deficient and does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, and the Company is unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The service has been fully completed and delivered as specified in the Service Agreement
- Work on the service has commenced and significant resources have been allocated
- The client changes their mind, business direction, or priorities after service delivery
- The refund request is submitted after the 30-day window from the date of service delivery
- Delays or non-delivery caused by the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or cooperation
- Services provided on a discounted, promotional, or complimentary basis
- Administrative fees, consultation fees, or setup fees (unless otherwise specified)
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a service is partially completed before a valid refund request is submitted, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund proportional to the work not yet completed. The determination of partial refund amounts will be made in good faith based on the stage of completion and resources already expended.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Include your full name, company name (if applicable), the service in question, and the date of purchase or Service Agreement
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request with any supporting documentation

6. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon approval of a refund request:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, where possible
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund in your account
- You will receive written confirmation once the refund has been processed
