1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy governs the termination of service engagements between you ("Client") and Redhill Entertainment LLC ("Company"). We understand that business circumstances can change, and we aim to handle cancellations in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.
Please read this policy carefully before entering into any service agreement with us.
2. Cancellation Before Service Initiation
Clients may cancel a service engagement prior to the commencement of work under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to info@REDHILLENTERTAINMENTLLC.com before any billable work has begun
- Cancellations made before service initiation will not incur cancellation fees, and any eligible prepayments may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy
- "Service initiation" is defined as the point at which our team begins research, planning, drafting, or any other billable activity associated with your engagement
- You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation within 2 business days of submission
3. Cancellation After Service Has Begun
Once a service engagement has formally commenced, the following terms apply:
- No cancellation will be accepted after the service has officially begun unless exceptional circumstances exist
- Any payments made for services already in progress are non-refundable, as resources and time have been committed to your project
- In exceptional circumstances — at the sole discretion of Redhill Entertainment LLC — a partial credit or adjusted arrangement may be offered based on the work completed at the time of cancellation request
- The client remains responsible for any outstanding fees for work completed up to the point of cancellation
4. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using one of the following methods:
Your cancellation request must include:
- Your full name and company name (if applicable)
- The service(s) you wish to cancel
- The Service Agreement reference number or date
- The reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
Verbal or informal cancellation requests (e.g., phone calls, social media messages) will not be accepted. All cancellations must be in writing to be valid.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Redhill Entertainment LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend a service engagement under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or overdue outstanding balances
- Client's failure to provide necessary information, documents, or approvals within a reasonable time
- Client's request for services that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Any breach of our Terms and Conditions
In the event of a company-initiated cancellation due to client breach, no refund will be issued for services rendered. If cancellation is due to our inability to deliver, clients will be entitled to a full refund per our Refund Policy.
6. Effect of Cancellation
Upon valid cancellation:
- All work on your project will be ceased immediately
- Any completed work product up to the cancellation date may be delivered at the Company's discretion
- Confidentiality obligations continue to apply for both parties following cancellation
- Any licenses granted for use of deliverables will be contingent upon full payment for work completed
7. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. The cancellation terms applicable to your engagement will be those in effect at the time your Service Agreement was signed.
